Size of the bedroom and children's room

That's exactly how it is planned with us - 13 sqm walk-in closet is next door plus the en suite bathroom

That is a nice layout and a nice bathroom (despite the T arrangement )
however, I would swap the toilet and the shower, because you would miss the window more on the toilet than when showering.

The ironing/guest room is now optimally located - it would be really practical if the washing machine & dryer were also right there - most of the laundry accumulates on the sleeping floor, and especially with small children, you spend a lot of time upstairs. This way, you save yourself from carrying laundry across the whole house.
