I like the house in the look (roof shape). It reminds me of our planning ;-) (which I will still upload today) I would also make the WC bigger and plan a shower. Since you want to stay there for 40 years, you should also think about old age ;-) Your budget should be included in your planning. Also, with a child, you should expect that the privacy in one bathroom will eventually be disturbed. About the bathroom: I would mirror the right half horizontally (in top view). That way you don’t constantly walk past the window before/after showering, and when entering, you don’t immediately see the toilet (also privacy here). The wall by the toilet doesn’t provide any protection at all. Maybe change the shower a bit. Downstairs, I would make the two windows on the terrace side (kitchen + living room) floor-to-ceiling. It not only looks better but is also more practical. Best regards yvonne

I basically like it.

the following suggestions:
- the pellet storage should be directly next to the technical room, any distance in between is annoying in the long run
- in my opinion, the bedroom is a bit large, better make it a bit smaller and instead make the children's rooms bigger

As I said at the beginning, I am ultimately building the house for myself because I will live there for 40 years and the children at most 25. Besides, at the moment no children are planned and I also think that will not change. There will be an office in the middle and a guest room in the other.

doesn't matter. I don’t have children yet either, but these rooms, whether they become an office, children’s or guest room, should in my opinion have priority over a bedroom given the size.
I don’t need that much space in the bedroom, I just sleep there :)

but that doesn’t mean 8 sqm jail cell :D

Nice house. But why are children's rooms always planned so small by most people? The bedroom is always as big as possible, and the children? The children grow up. Friends come to visit. You only sleep in the bedroom and spend the rest of the day downstairs. Of course, the children will not spend the whole day in their rooms, but they will retreat to their rooms more often than we parents. We have planned our house so that our children have over 18 sqm. Our bedroom is about 15 sqm. But well, everyone has their own views.

Hi, I just have one comment about the [pelletsraum]! It’s going to be a bit small... We also had just under 5 sqm and the heating engineer then calculated for us that this wouldn’t even be enough for 2 winters. There is apparently a formula, I don’t remember it exactly now but maybe you have it in mind and just ask about it...

Otherwise, I think the house is very nice. The above-mentioned comments are justified but you have to grow old inside :)
