Size of the bedroom and children's room

I find the T-solution too cramped, and the other solution with the shower in front of the window... there is no way to fit a shower door there.

What exactly do you mean by distribute? Since I don't want to "sacrifice" a larger room for a bathroom, this room has to become the bathroom. I also noticed that with the shower... I have made a third draft.

I would not place the toilet immediately under or directly at the window.

Personally, I find T-solutions in the bathroom quite nice to look at & sometimes quite practical (pubic area), but you lack the room size.
With the 10m2, you are already making your not very big bathroom visually even smaller.
A disadvantage is also the daylight, which suffers because of the T.
