Since we are planning a ring trench collector, which will also find its place in the garden, we will carry out the rough earth movement in EL in advance.

The idea to place the kitchen at the top left of the plan was to have the view facing the street. In a second draft, it was drawn as you suggested. However, I then see problems with the evening light incidence in the kitchen and the façade design in the entrance area.

Pulling the kitchen more toward the all-purpose room means, in the end, placing the dining table perpendicular to the kitchen island, which isn’t really a problem.

The living room corner is tight, I agree. The TV was intended to face the utility room.

There is a shower planned on the ground floor.

Thanks for the suggestions. We will now look again very intensively with cardboard at possible placements and space requirements based on the floor plans.

Does it maybe make sense fundamentally to rethink a rotation of the house? Pull the third gable on the side of the plan to the left? Entrance door between garage and the eaves side of the house with a canopy? I have the impression that maybe we are a bit stuck here. That would also fit the suggestion from

Best regards

The passage between the garage and the boundary takes the sixth meter of width from the garage for a second car - for what moral value is this operation supposed to be good?

I would try out all options with different floor plans.

Yes, that is probably the case... when talking about the second draft...

... then you still have 18 ahead of you.

6x6 is the repeatedly mentioned dimension. We will also have it corrected accordingly.

Good evening everyone,

after experimenting a bit with cardboard and graph paper, we had the ground floor revised as follows.

The result is now moving more in the desired direction...

    [*]Sofa/TV nook,
[*]Kitchen with freestanding island more feasible
[*]Space requirements in the WC sufficient for the shower already planned
[*]Cloakroom area raised; "dirty area" between the entrance and the utility room.

Where do you see at first glance any areas that absolutely do not work?

Best regards

PS: Garage has not been adjusted yet.
