Is there no site plan with elevations available for the TE?

The terrain should slope downwards to the southeast according to the street height.

Photos of the existing situation with neighboring buildings are also quite helpful.

Garage as boundary development in my opinion critical? Is there also a garage on the boundary on the neighboring property?

Which federal state? Boundary development with base original ground over 3 m high?

As a rule, a de facto one, yes. The misunderstanding that §34 is equivalent to a carte blanche (within the framework of the FDGO, of course) unfortunately does not become truer due to its popularity ;-)

I was under the impression that the distances are regulated by the wall heights. But they must be at least 3 m.
So the municipality can additionally set building envelopes?

By the way, the office designed a zero-energy children's house for our community. It is currently under construction. The projects are really great.

The actual building windows are not limited on the sides, so no individual building windows - rather the front building line closest to the street up to the rear building line farthest from the street of the surrounding development.
