This is due to the requirements of the client. I would have liked to see a real architect's design here without the client's template. It doesn’t seem to be a financial issue to present a genuine architect’s design.

I would approach the length of the plot quite differently: driveway a bit longer and then from there the house access. With a proper budget you can definitely make more out of it: roof terrace in the east, garden access in the south, light well in the west? You just have to get out of the comfort zone of “everything stacked on top.”
