Again about making the hallway on the ground floor brighter: That was better in the previous solution from the architect, where the doors to the living room were larger and made of glass, so the hallway was bright. The suggestion to make the living room bigger came from the architect. I don't know why now, maybe because of the relocation of the fireplace. In any case, we liked the larger living room, but we didn't notice the darker hallway. Good that you noticed that.

The passage between the house and the garage is planned to be fully covered.

We enlarged the living room so that we can have a small wall (not continuous and not ceiling-high) between the living room and the dining room, on which we can place the TV. The sofa should then be positioned in the west and in the north.

Then the type of roofing should be questioned and, if necessary, an additional charge for glass should be planned. Furthermore, the front door could be given a glass side panel. I would make the "storage room" wider – about 2 m (the bathroom is still sufficient for a shower bathroom) and remove the wall... then you have a proper wardrobe. A window will be placed on the top wall that then brightens the hallway. The staircase will be a concrete staircase, and underneath it will be the storage room – we have that too, it is very spacious and absolutely sufficient for vacuum cleaner, drinks, and tools. Those would be my two ideas for the ground floor hallway.
