I find the approach very good. I like it. However, I see that no real measurements were taken for cupboards and walls. The dressing room will no longer work with real measurements. Then the shower also needs to be deeper; here and there, instead of the 10? 15cm (always plan with plaster as a layman) taken from the interior walls, and it no longer fits at all. Bottlenecks are shower/wardrobe/freezer. And above that, bathroom/dressing room/bedroom. In other rooms, not so severe. In the kitchen, there is enough capacity to turn and maneuver workspace.

And, i.e. due to possible sliding cabinet doors and a slight distance to the wall, cabinets should preferably always be planned with a minimum depth of 65 cm, whereby, for example, Pax from Ikea with sliding doors is 66 cm deep. Therefore, even 70 cm would be an even better planning measurement.

Thanks already for your feedback. I will sit down right away to fully dimension the floor plans and try to create a site plan.

I also have a complete draft from a developer available but unfortunately may not upload it here.

Planned are a washing machine and dryer as well as a gas boiler, buffer tank, central ventilation system, meter cabinet, and possibly later an electricity storage.

What exactly do you mean by that?

True, completely opened it naturally appears friendlier and brighter. The idea was also to have space for the vacuum cleaner etc. on the upper floor. Where to put it? ops:

She means that the wardrobe cabinet is apparently only 30/40 cm deep, which is not enough for a wardrobe. This niche should have a depth of 65cm. The same applies in the dressing room. For example, in the guest room? It’s empty anyway, or is used as a hobby room. Eventually, everything that is actually supposed to be regularly carried up to the attic but is too lazy to do so will find a place there. But one could also arrange the children’s rooms so that a built-in closet fits between the doors.

Yes, I also initially designated the guest room as a general storage room. Without measurements, unfortunately nothing can be said yet. The sloped ceilings have to be added first and whether there is enough room for a dormer or not. Also, all cabinet dimensions or their floor spaces need to be checked. Ultimately, one might decide against an open space and instead have a "crawl space" including a washing machine in that place. Yvonne’s idea is also great.
But no measurements.... no cookies.
