I know, unfortunately the program does not allow that. The knee wall (or [Drempel]?) should be about 1 meter high at the end (so not in the raw construction measurement). That's why I included it in the text. Unfortunately, the program also does not allow the room height to be shown at different places. So far, it is more of an estimate; the exact calculation is to be done by the architect, we have the first appointment next week.

You can also calculate that entirely on your own. The thing with the roof covering could, however, definitely lead to two full floors.

OG: I see the bedroom as torturous. Either the dressing room goes, or the bedroom swaps with the bathroom. Why not maximize the storage room? You can't dance in the hallway anyway, so I think it's better to make full use of the rooms.

EG: I also consider the pantry inappropriate. It ruins the room behind and has little use. Better a nice kitchen front + an additional cabinet. The utility room is not far; you can also store something there.

Wow, at first glance this changed layout of the upper floor looks great. I will revise the floor plans (the pantry in its current form will also have to go, maybe we will swap the utility room and the study downstairs, especially since a laundry chute is planned) and will post the updated version later.

But the dressing room does not meet the requirement that the person who gets up earlier can silently take their clothes and then be gone. They have to go through the bedroom again.

Yes, I have thought about that too, but if there is a door between the bedroom and the dressing room, my husband can at least leave the room to get dressed and, especially in the darker season, turn on the light in the dressing room (and wouldn't have to continue searching for the things he forgot in the evening with the flashlight on his phone). And doors can certainly be opened and closed quietly. I think it would be a good compromise to not have to completely do without the dressing room and still have a sufficiently large bedroom. Additionally, the "problem" with the shower directly against the bedroom wall would be eliminated.
