And now draw a bed at normal height and try to get up on the right side independently

With a knee wall of one meter and a roof pitch of 45, after one meter there would be 2 meters height. So standing up would work. You would have to tuck your head in a bit near the dresser though.

But generally, I don’t find a window above the head at all nice or acceptable...

What I want to say is: all this can be optimized if you take the time for it!

The knee wall would be 1.15 meters and the roof pitch 43 degrees... true, the bed is set very low by the program, nevertheless it looks as if one could get up comfortably... but maybe I'm mistaken too

... are you assuming 45 cm thick exterior walls? Just like that, or do you already have a specification from somewhere?

And, would there be a site plan at some point?

I took the 45 cm from a developer we originally wanted to build with. Isn't that a realistic wall thickness? Site plan will follow tomorrow, it is a narrow strip plot with rear development, the only thing you can find (affordable and without developer ties) in the immediate Hamburg surrounding area by now.
