I use "Sweet Home 3D", there you can see the respective basement floor partially transparent. Maybe that's what you mean.

Everyone should build it the way they want!

I have chosen my words very deliberately. Also, thread starters of floor plan discussions should have read some previous threads and thus know why certain things can be questioned.

A builder should reflect on why they want this or that.
A dressing room, just because everyone has one now or because it brings something positive to the personal daily routine.
A windowless annex to a bedroom is rather a storage room; one can question whether this was consciously planned and what purpose it serves.

And whether a HansHaus or HansWurst plans a pantry as a storage room can be of no concern to the OP...
What is important is that the OP thinks about whether the pantry, which splits the kitchen into two parts by the door, makes sense when every box of drinks and every bottle has to pass through the living room... or every cleaning bucket brushes the living room door.

Best regards, Yvonne

I don’t think the draft is so bad at all. What bothers me, however, are first of all the stair dimensions – that doesn’t look good. So the whole draft is initially flawed because of the stairs, and we have to wait and see what measurements come out of that. I can only recommend to you not to build a narrow staircase with 80cm width or something like that.

Furthermore, I find it extremely unfortunate that the kitchen is just lingering back there in the corner instead of being on the prime side of the terrace. The main orientation is southwest. Wonderful! For a great family life, the kitchen with dining area would come in the southwest. The living room in the south, so one can also have some peace there. The entrance then absolutely must be in the north. I don’t consider that an unreasonable distance from the car.

I made a sketch – however, still without a garage. I didn’t get that far in the short time. So it is not a final product, just meant to encourage also keeping alternatives in mind.

maybe, like here in #27

Exactly.

The remark referred to the fact that fundamental issues about the motives of different types of pantry factions have already been extensively discussed, and don’t have to be rehashed in every thread.

Are we a bit annoyed right now? ;)

Since, as everyone here knows, I am so fond of children, I have upgraded the children's rooms on the upper floor in a prime location to 17m². I think even 15-year-olds can really make use of them. :)

I haven't read all the answers, but my opinion on your draft:

Honestly, for €450,000 I don't find the floor plan very successful; everything would be too small and cramped for me. I think the main reason is that you started with an external dimension of 10x10, if I understand that correctly. Try it the other way around. First draw the rooms without the exterior wall. Then see how the rooms can be adjusted slightly to fit into an overall rectangular outer shell. Your building plot is big enough. That's how we did it, and our building plot only had room to maneuver by a few centimeters in each direction if we wanted to leave space for a garden and carport.

Regarding the doors, I would like to add that doors positioned directly next to an adjoining wall are always unfavorable. You will eventually need every wall for furniture. As you've placed the doors, 1. only small furniture fits, and 2. when entering the room, you immediately run into or look directly at the door. So, if possible, leave 60-70 cm of space from adjoining walls.

But don’t worry, we had like 100 different drafts. You’re at V1 – it will get there.

About the costs: building for €450,000 or more is no problem at all. But I would say it should also be possible with 150 sqm x €1,800 + €50,000 basement + €30,000 garage + €30,000 incidental building costs + €10,000 kitchen = €390,000. Without the architect’s fee definitely much cheaper, depending on the region, of course.
