Should the refrigerator be freestanding or integrated?

I will probably do without pyrolysis, our oven still looks good after 13 years despite a lot of cooking. I would rather invest more in the cooktop. I am wavering between Siemens with slider control or the Neff with twistpad.

I am undecided about the size of the refrigerator. How many liters of cooling and freezing compartment are really needed? We are 2 adults and a 2-year-old.

I find any kind of touch control on the cooktop suboptimal. On the one hand, these things respond poorly or not at all when grease splashes come into play and/or the hands are wet or greasy, on the other hand, the cooktop does get unpleasantly warm during operation, even with induction (waste heat from the pots). I am also in favor of the Twistpad. And for pyrolysis in the oven. My working time is worth considerably more to me than the bit of electricity cost, and behind the heating coils you can otherwise only get it clean with oven cleaner, which definitely will not come into my house.

I can't say anything about the oven, ours is never that dirty. As for the touch panel. Well, I use the stove occasionally. And touching it is never a problem. Nothing is hot. It always responds. It's quite a cheap unit. Folklig Ikea, I think 299,-.

We also have the Neff Twistpad. As long as the thing doesn't get lost, it is by far the best cooktop control I know.

We have touch with induction. And during long cooking it gets really hot. That was not clear to me and I really find it bad
