That's true! However, rather in the winter, since I can usually quickly shower him in the garden, right?

Müllerin, thanks for the floor plan for comparison. I'm not sure about the height in the attic, but there isn't much space, especially for suitcases and Christmas stuff. Apparently, you can stretch out.

That's indeed the case.

That's true, but I don't get any sun in the bathroom either and it doesn't really bother me. The main thing is that it’s not without a window. Unfortunately, it can't be arranged differently and there is a piece of forest behind the house, which means even less light..

Kitchen, something else just came to mind. Are you getting underfloor heating? You have to be very careful that they don’t lay the pipes to the adjacent rooms in the thick package under the built-in kitchen. Otherwise, the storage areas as well as the trash in the house without a basement will be nice and cozy warm. For us, being careful paid off, and we knew that from another Heinz von Heiden builder. Beer drinkers should preferably switch to red wine right away.

Best regards, Gabriele

Why do I need sun in the bathroom? I prefer to have it in the bedroom to wake up, and otherwise I go into the garden. That’s the north side, so when it shines, it’s bright outside, that’s enough. Oh, by the way, in the summer I have midday sun in the bathroom because it reflects off the high-gloss roof tiles opposite... never mind, that’s how the bathroom was possible without a slant and it fits perfectly.

And yes, it’s also warm in the utility room, especially when the dryer is running. Only canned goods and flour, etc. are stored there. Wine and potatoes are in the garage. But I’m still thinking about digging something in the garden for the potatoes.

Ok, I also find the slope terrible. I would make a 90-degree corner there, a stylish kitchen, stairs quite open to the living area. The utility room is quite small, accordingly there is a lack of storage space. If you are around 40 years old, I would only plan with one child's room and plan a small utility room next to the bedroom on the upper floor. Why 3 bedrooms? And if it does actually come to that, you can always sell and change. The entire living space is too valuable to stretch it for uncomfortable living with four people. Three is ok.... The kitchen could also be designed in a contemporary way, unfortunately I don't see that in the requirements, so I'll leave it at this.
