Selection of vinyl flooring for new construction

Hello everyone,

since we have now decided on a vinyl floor covering, the decision regarding which one comes next.

Can someone possibly tell me which one to use for a new building (with underfloor heating)? I can't find a suitable answer for this.
(To be installed in hallway, kitchen, living room, guest room)

Available options (all click variants):
Vinyl with HDF carrier board --> thickness 9.6mm
Vinyl full vinyl --> thickness 5mm
Disgin Vinyl, CERAMIN® carrier material --> thickness 4.5mm

I have to decide asap, as the screed will be installed soon and I have to determine the finished floor level.

Solid vinyl glued. The advantage is low installation height, resulting in good conductivity with underfloor heating, more resistant to moisture especially in the kitchen area, very easy to maintain.

I am currently facing this decision as well: click or glue. The adhesive vinyl is only 2.5mm thick; is the 2.5mm thickness disadvantageous?

The floor must be absolutely level

We are considering the Krono Xonic floor and it will be installed as a floating floor. Adhesive may possibly be another source of pollutants released into the air. Costs 30 EUR per sqm.

I recently misplaced something similar... I thought it was pretty good... it's especially very sturdy...
