Select a building plot - Which one should it be?

Which building plot would you prefer and why? The top 9 plots (lightly marked) are for sale.

Probably the one at the top left. South garden with an unobstructed view and lots of space to the left. How big would you like your property to be?

No. 32 Field view to the east, quiet in the dead end. The house can be easily adapted slightly angled to the slope (SW orientation) with a habitable basement given the extreme difference. Do you have the slope in mind? Because of the construction costs?

30 or 29. Advantageously divided without direct habitat contact.

28 or 32. Both have access from the north, i.e. no driveway or garage in the south garden. 28: Open west side (green area) meaning the evening sun will not be blocked by another house. 32: Nice view to the east? At the cul-de-sac there is often more traffic noise due to the turning maneuvers than in the street itself (I live on one). But the property is still somewhat away from the cul-de-sac and should therefore be fine. what speaks against the proximity to the creek? Insects? Walkers?

Around 33 - 36, any possible noise pollution would also come from the ascent of the L438. The lower properties are somewhat shielded there.
