I can understand the criticism of the local development; it could be designed a bit more spaciously without driving up the prices for buyers.

Patience and a bit of luck in the search, ours comes from a developer's insolvency and has nearly 1.5 hectares, including 3 building land parcels of about 2300 sqm, 30 minutes east of Cologne and completely cheaper than a plot shown above. This new development has 30-40 single-family houses. So anyone talking about a ghetto is really out of touch with reality. Just look at the new developments from the 70s and 80s, which are of a similar size – they are still very popular today and have nothing to do with a ghetto. We are not dealing here with the high-rise housing estates built in the 60s with 80m2 terraced houses between the blocks.

I would like to live in the area and also in this development. Sloping land with a south-facing orientation and a wide view. In 30 minutes at Lake Constance, right at the foot of the Alb, and the beautiful Danube valley is not far away either, with Villingen, a nice small town nearby.

Berlin would be way too flat for me – as is, by the way, Nuremberg. But due to work and starting a family, one is no longer infinitely flexible in terms of place of residence and you simply set priorities.
