Scope of services in survey cost estimation

Hello,

we have a plot of land in the family on which we want to build. Since it is a sloping plot, the question about an elevation plan keeps coming up during discussions with potential house-building companies.
Since the plot is already fixed anyway, I could already commission the surveyor.
For comparability, it would be good to know what service we need here. Does the following list look okay? Is the elevation plan included or is something missing?

Is it an old, existing piece of land? There must be a plan for it already. Talk to the surveyor.

It is located in a new development area that was developed in the early 90s. There has never been a building on the property.
I received sewer plans, etc. from the building authority. Also a rough plan with the building envelope, but no elevation plan.

I think there must be one as well. Is there a [Landesamt für Geodaten] with you that you could call?

Surveying offices do not produce large-scale elevation plans. Just go to a surveying firm, get advice there, and not in a forum. You can hardly believe it, but that is the daily business of surveyors.

At least up to 1 in 5000 in SH. That is quite useful.
