Hello,

If you have ordered a kitchen, can you return a sink there just like with normal purchases at the furniture store and get your money back?

I received a used sink from someone and would like to return the new sink (ordered with the kitchen) as soon as my delivery has arrived.

Is that possible? And if so, for cash or a voucher?

Best regards

Hello, yes everything that was bought in excess you can return. Since I always pay with the [Familykarte] and it is then credited back to the card, I was never in the position to ask for a cash payout.

Hello In Austria, it is such that with originally packaged goods cash is refunded, with already unpacked and also already assembled goods there is "only" money loaded onto a card that can only be spent at Ikea. Best regards Section Chief
