Hmm... I would rather sell than continue to invest.... The location is not ideal for me, we tried but neither my partner nor I like it.
But I am still very uncertain about what to do with the money from a sale; it loses a lot of value in the bank....

The market is full of people who have different tastes than oneself. Several of them even have money, and you sell to one of those. You don’t have to put the money in the bank, there are builders.

Yes, then go ahead and advertise!

I would still do the floor slab. Roll out 12cm thick mineral wool. Then the next layer crosswise. It sells well.

I assume that buyers will renovate or add a story after all. The semi-detached house next door has also been extended. We will probably have to move into a rental apartment first...
