Wow, that’s quite a lot done for a "we actually don't like it."

Do they put "LAU" on the sign there?

Then just put it on Immoscout for 400 for a few days. Then you have a real market test without burning the property.

For my standards, I would already be happy with around €250k :D but as I said... prices keep rising and rising... This is really no longer funny I have also already thought about an auction process... Allegedly, a friend of our neighbors is interested...

Yeah, actually a bit stupid of us... At least from then on we could make it livable. The state before was really a disaster... Now it’s at least nice and modern (in terms of looks) with wooden windowsills from the carpenter, modern laminate everywhere, normal plaster without disgusting wallpaper, and a connection for a dishwasher, fiber optic connection... None of that existed before :D The heating and roof definitely need to be done! That’s for sure... By the way, we also have a basement :D

Yes, not making it public at all is of course best. The kinds of idiots you can meet through ads, you could go on reading tours about that ;-) So closer than feared, that should not harm the price.
