How is one supposed to squeeze into this tiny kitchen including the sofa? Or have you already mentally eliminated the guest WC and wardrobe?

If you can/want to change only a little: Possibly convert the window in the kitchen (towards the garage) from a floor-to-ceiling window to one with a 1.20m sill height. That way, you are not forced to have the kitchen unit end there.

Is there still something that can be done about the garage situation?

We initially considered that too, but I think it wouldn't be possible because the estate being developed would have to look the same right away. But good idea..Thanks
