So then.... size back to the original width but shower in the rear left. Bathtub not freestanding. There is still enough space left in the bedroom. A 160cm bed should also fit, but for now there will only be a 140cm one just for me.

I am especially pleased with the approval from both of you and because I was able to read real qualification from the previous posts.

Now I have almost the same problem in the bathroom on the upper floor. The size is exactly the same, but it cannot be changed here (due to the size and position of the dormer).

This residential unit will be rented out, at least one machine would have to fit in here, but I better count on 2? Nothing works in the utility room here, it is too small.

So far, I am not really satisfied with this. The hose effect caused by machines and shower is annoying, right in front of the window.

The door is still variable in terms of position (could still move about 80cm to the left).

The window is also still variable. Everything is possible here.

Does anyone here have any suggestions for improvement?

However, the pre-wall elements are at the places where I also have to lead the pipes down (exactly above the ones on the ground floor).

You could leave out either the shower or the bathtub? Edit: Oops, that’s not a bathtub at all ops:

well, now we are on the upper floor. A second bathtub wouldn't fit in the small WP either

I wouldn't dedicate the best spot, so the one by the window, to the machines. They don't necessarily have to be next to each other, do they? If you only provide one spot (so only 60cm), the tenant can still have 2 devices and build a tower. How big is the dormer? As big as the room or is there a sloping roof somewhere? The toilet right by the door isn't so great (otherwise I would move the sink to the window), but you could place the toilet between the sink and the window. For that, the washing machine could go by the door and possibly the dryer on top if desired.

I would stack the dryer and washing machine and then box them in or hide them in a cabinet. That way it only takes up a corner of about 75x75 x at least 150 height.
