Would also try to do without a glass shower partition. If the tenant does not maintain it properly, it gets ruined very quickly. Instead of 100cm width, 90 or 80 are also enough, then a wall next to it and that a bit longer downwards. So the shower is accessible from below. A shower curtain can then simply be hung between the wall and the partition.

tsk tsk tsk.......always these lame Midagers

A "pearl" who needs too much closet space is not one!
Nevertheless, I agree that the bedroom should definitely not be smaller and that 160 or 180 would fit in the worst case.

I wouldn’t leave out the shower, the 140 cm is really nice for that, I have the same here. The toilet opposite is also good; same with the distances. The tub fits there now but might look a bit squeezed. But if there is going to be one, I would put it there too.

....or a washer-dryer combo.

Great, already a lot of input. Please revise the plan. Keep in mind. The first bathroom (with bathtub on the ground floor!) is resolved for me.

Now the planning for the upper floor closes here without a bathtub but with machines.

yep, rather directly to the right or left after the door and one seat is enough, otherwise the tenant can also stack, which is not uncommon.

okidoki. Great ideas here - thanks!
Planning now adjusted. Much better in my opinion.

I would probably turn the shower towards the toilet and build the wall only halfway up; put glass on the outside, creating storage space inside for shower gel, etc. Also, more light in the shower, currently artificial light would be needed. I had it exactly like that in my holiday apartment and found it really comfortable. Besides, I don’t like edges that I walk into. Toilet with the wall also fits well and by the window, great.
