Redesign of bathroom and bedroom. Room sizes still slightly variable.

I think the idea with the arrangement is good. However, the step bathtub - pre-wall - windowsill would seem a bit busy to me, as well as the step to the glass wall of the shower.

Perhaps it would make sense to align these all to the bathtub height, or reduce the elevation at the window at the back to a minimum for the faucet. Just like I solved it:

Rotating the shower wall was a really good idea!

I will determine the individual heights of the interior walls on site anyway, except for the pre-wall elements that have to be room-high. I will probably build them in a timber frame construction. In my opinion, this fits better with the construction method of the house. Possibly, I will also get measured ESV/VSG panes from a glazier (customer ) cut...

The only question left is the surface design. How could one build on drywall without tiles and plaster? Maybe just "special paint" is enough?

You don’t need a pre-wall there. I think it can also look very harmonious even though the windowsill is directly above the bathtub. It just depends on the overall appearance.

Hello,
great bathroom, I already admired it in the relevant thread!

But we are building with solid wood (10cm BSH / glued laminated timber)
You might be able to install DN50, but rather no DN70 pipes.
And certainly not in the party wall, that is completely off-limits for soundproofing reasons

In addition, the pre-wall elements are used for pipe routing (wastewater, fresh water as well as controlled residential ventilation exhaust/supply air) from the upper floor to the ground floor (and then down through the BP...)

ok, I didn’t know that. Then you obviously need a pretext...

I would still pan to the ground floor and make this suggestion. Advantage: the toilet is by the window and the shaft can be mounted on the exterior wall.
