I guess maybe kidnappers or burglars also somehow know which houses don’t have poor saps living in them. Still, I can understand that you don’t have to post everything. Regarding the price, the house itself is not a Heinz von Heiden house, but I agree with you, luxury is something else. Tiles for 80.-€ can be considered at most upscale. When we looked at tiles, our jaws almost dropped when we saw prices of over 200.- in some cases. I think I already mentioned it, an acquaintance had a pool built alone, for that money others build an entire house...

That’s exactly how it is. Here there are garages on a plot of land where our entire house stands.

2..3 months' salaries are not security reserves for a single-family home owner/payer. That's pocket money for a bigger car repair or just so you can sleep well (if you can't pay for the broken washing machine from your monthly income, you shouldn't build a house anyway). Security reserves are when you have money to cover all fixed costs for 1..2 years.
