What exactly does that mean? Are you withdrawing Riester-subsidized funds for financing? How much?

I actually always know ground lease with lease adjustments based on, for example, the inflation rate. You should keep that in mind.

But if the original poster starts with 1.5% of the purchase price, you have a financial advantage in the first few years (because the 70k do not have to be paid off with interest + repayment of 4.5%). That's 160€ less in the capital service calculation.

Otherwise, ownership naturally has a few advantages in the long run.

I also see it that way, that ownership is actually the type that contains many advantages, but it is also clear that it can be done differently.
