In the garden, it is basically important for us to cover the following with the 25T€:
[*]approx. 80-90 sqm driveway simply paved [*]approx. 25 sqm terrace [*]approx. lawn 200-300 sqm (own work) [*]approx. 40m hedge/bushes (own work)

I just paid 5000€ for paving 40m2 of driveway + drainage channel, but this is on the outskirts of the Rhine-Main area. If you want a certain privacy screen for your hedge right away, for example, a Leyland cypress in the appropriate size costs you almost 40€, and you easily need 2 plants per meter.

Please take a closer look at the tile work again:
a) Up to what room height are the tiles in the bathroom covered?
b) Is it at least ceiling-high in the shower area?
c) Which edge strips are included? For us, not even simple plastic was covered, let alone the expensive metal edges.
d) What extra costs are there for laying decorative strips, etc.?
For us, the actual and additional costs of the tile work were one of the worst surprises during the construction phase. (Besides the costs of the outdoor area, but we spread those over the year after moving in at the end of 2017.) And the pond (entirely DIY) was only completed last year :)

If I add up our land price and the “turnkey price” of our construction company, then with respect to this total sum we paid 40% more in total until the house was completely finished inside and out. With respect to you, that would mean an investment sum of 1,000,000€.

    [*]

Paving 100 sqm driveway including substructure, 40 sqm terrace including edging and substructure, approximately 4 sqm trash bin area paving, small path from the driveway to the trash area and the terrace in rectangular granite stones about 4 sqm, remaining splash protection: 4400€, paving materials procured by ourselves about 1600€. Terrace slabs procured by ourselves about 700€. Approximately 200 sqm lawn maybe about 500€ at most.
25T€ is really crazy, or do you want to park on gold bars? ;)

How is the self-employed paver supposed to live on €30/sqm when material for substructure and splash guard also needs to be deducted from that? (Let alone insurance, taxes, and retirement provision) No one wants to walk on gold bars, but also not on black processed pitch or the path of exploitation o_O I would be careful with such boastful posts… it's not statute-barred yet.

I got the split for the subframe myself. He only processed it. Likewise the edges for the splash guard.

Even without material, no reasonable calculation works out. That is my opinion.
