Thanks first of all :)

So the floor plans are not to scale. However, they exist in this form from 2 construction companies, who have definitely drawn them correctly. I just didn't know if I was allowed to post them just like that on the internet, so I "redrew" them.

: So no, we are not trying to change the staircase in an existing floor plan, but these are 2 different existing offers.

: The fact that it doesn't work space-wise only looks like that in my amateurish drawing. In the original floor plan it all fits :)

What kind of stairs do you have? So far the opinion seems to lean towards half-turn, right?

A straight staircase :) Unfortunately, that doesn't help you ;-)

We have made a half-turn. I would choose option 1, but not make the hallway quite so wide. If there is still budget left, then as a half-landing staircase.

We have a half-turned staircase. I would also design the staircase depending on the floor plan.

If you really want something "comfortable," then you would either have to take a straight staircase or a staircase with a landing. Both, however, require more space.

The half-turned and quarter-turned staircases are both space-saving staircases in single-family homes. And depending on the floor plan, one or the other simply fits better.

In your case, I also prefer option 1.
