Don't let yourself be unsettled by such anecdotes. If your notary is in a chatty mood, he will be able to tell a lot more as well. But the normal case goes smoothly and you should assume that at first. It will be fine, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

So, the cabin is bought. And after I paid the realtor more than €35,000, I don’t want to "need" another one anytime soon :D Hope I can soon dive into the other subforums - but first the garden has to be cleared of wild growth.
