That's a matter of argument. In case of doubt, you can still finance the rest of your plot that you have so far financed privately.
The collateral (land charge) just has to fit.

Check the standard land value for your plot.

Of course not.

How high is the loan-to-value ratio in the current financing plan? If there is still room, i.e., if with a loan amount higher by 20,000 euros you are still under 95% loan-to-value, then it should be possible. Talk to the bank!

Also: you don’t have to furnish everything completely new right from the start. Take your time! Personally, I don’t think much of zero-percent financing, but everyone has to decide that for themselves. Ask about discounts!

No, we actually have a whole lifetime to gradually furnish our house. By inventory, I really only mean the basics, which will then be added to over the years. There are just a few things you need (bed, couch, shelves...) but everything tutto completto is not meant by that. Loan-to-value ratio... good question. I realize we are totally green behind the ears.

Hello, the property is equity. You should simply include the 20k and have it paid out as a lump sum. (without specifying the use of funds). I would address this openly with the bank/broker. The only disadvantage I see is worse conditions or problems with the payout. Therefore, address it OPENLY.

Anyway, Rumbi does not significantly reduce the budget of 20k because we have already factored that in!
