Problems with Telekom. Crossed cable?

What did you apply for?
That can be more complicated with DSL and analog telephony (they don’t offer ISDN anymore) than with pure DSL, and again different with Triple Play ("T-Entertain" or whatever they call it).

I applied for the Magenta Zuhause L tariff. That is Internet & DSL (100 Mbit/s).
However, Telekom can only offer me a 6 Mbit/s connection. There isn’t even a tariff for this connection.

Currently nothing at all. I don’t want to pay for 16000 and only get 6000. Maybe I’m just being stubborn. You really can’t get far with 6 Mbit. I don’t understand why I’m the only one having this problem here. The IT department at my company thinks that’s too slow for my activities working from home.

I was stunned at first.
I try not to get worked up over such statements anymore.

I have already contacted other providers.
Always the same result.
I am supposed to contact Telekom.
And I don't even live in a rural area.
