Prices exaggerated for ventilation system, electric aluminum roller shutters

Good day, we have received what we think is a quite good house construction offer from a developer for a detached house with 161m2 of living space. However, we are puzzled by 3 items that we believe are completely overpriced:

- Installation of a central comfort ventilation system in the utility room, manufacturer: Zehnder „ComfoAIR Q350 TR“, with highly efficient heat recovery for €17,300

- Cladding of the main building up to the eaves height, the gable of the pitched roof remains plastered for €19,900 (would clinker slips be cheaper afterwards?)

- Installation of a lift/slide door (manufacturer Rehau 80 Synego or equivalent, 5-chamber system with steel insert), instead of the standard terrace door element approx. 2.76 x 2.32 m for €4,120

- Installation of a total of 19 aluminum roller shutters (of which 3 in the living-dining area are wider) with electric roller shutter drive, color freely selectable for a total of €23,190

Do you see potential for savings here? Can the above works also be contracted separately? What did you pay for these items?

Aluminium roller shutters clearly too expensive. Here are our costs for comparison: - Color selectable 2400€ for all windows - Aluminum roller shutters 4200 - Electric drives with switches approx. 2000€ In total about 8600€.
