Price estimate for a house similar to The Quest by Strom Architects

The plot is 8,000 sqm (currently with a farmstead, which is to be demolished).

No slope, no special requirements on the land plot, no immediate neighbors either, so no uniform appearance that must be maintained.

The available property is apparently 8,000m2.

Hello everyone,

since yesterday we have been looking for initial ideas for our new build. In the process, the project The Quest von Strom Architects caught our eye. Until now, we have always been tenants and have no significant experience with property ownership. Initial appointments for discussions regarding planning with various architects and developers will follow from March.

Can you possibly estimate how expensive such a house would be – it is initially only about a rough direction. The technical equipment should be high-end (including underfloor heating, ventilation, KNX bus system, geothermal energy, solar if possible on a flat roof). Unfortunately, at the current time, it is difficult for us to make an estimate ourselves due to lack of experience.

Total budget: approx. €800,000

That doesn't work. We have a few "upscale" architect-designed houses here, and I would place them a bit away from the aforementioned. None of them are under 1 million...I would realistically estimate around 1 to 1.5 million (but then including kitchen and equipment). If you build a house like that, it probably won't have an IKEA kitchen :)
