I would be curious to receive opinions and suggestions about our house design. It is a main house with two full floors and a gabled roof. A basement is not feasible due to groundwater and is also not desired, as we prefer natural daylight :-) Next to the house there are two extensions, one storage and one extension for basement replacement areas such as hobby, laundry room, etc. The extension should partly serve as a roof terrace and the rest should be greened.

It will be built solidly, I was thinking of Poroton.

The points I am still wondering about are:
- Do all dimensions fit so that nothing is tight.
- Are there enough or too many windows.
- I have not yet adjusted the building body to a brick module size - I am thinking 12.5 cm. Does this make sense?

It is a corner plot, the street runs to the north and east of the house. On the sketches, north is at the top.

From the north:

Ground floor:

Upper floor (unfortunately the basement has been drawn through in the top view, with its walls):

I would be happy about your opinions/ideas

Hello,
unfortunately, I cannot see the images of the EG and OG, only the north view. Please upload the floor plans again.

Hello venraij,

it would be nice if you could still answer the questionnaire. You can find it here:

At the moment we do not know how the plot is situated and which requirements and how many people the design should meet.
For example, is the plot so small that a roof terrace is necessary? Because it is not often used if you have to water the garden every day ;)
From the look of it, it will be a very costly house...

You have to upload your files (almost next to the "Antwort erstellen" button)

Best regards, Yvonne

Sorry, I inserted the sketches incorrectly, actually embarrassing for my job ;-)

The plot is not huge but also not that small with 800 sqm, however, I would like to have the extension and I would prefer a flat roof with greenery, it looks nicer that way. It would probably be used only occasionally, that's correct.

I will go through the list right away ...
