I would be curious to receive opinions and suggestions about our house design. It is a main house with two full floors and a gabled roof. A basement is not feasible due to groundwater and is also not desired, as we prefer natural daylight :-) Next to the house there are two extensions, one storage and one extension for basement replacement areas such as hobby, laundry room, etc. The extension should partly serve as a roof terrace and the rest should be greened.
It will be built solidly, I was thinking of Poroton.
The points I am still wondering about are:
- Do all dimensions fit so that nothing is tight.
- Are there enough or too many windows.
- I have not yet adjusted the building body to a brick module size - I am thinking 12.5 cm. Does this make sense?
It is a corner plot, the street runs to the north and east of the house. On the sketches, north is at the top.
From the north:

Ground floor:
Upper floor (unfortunately the basement has been drawn through in the top view, with its walls):
I would be happy about your opinions/ideas
