However, if you have a good sales consultant from the respective company, they will also tell you that. Just have a look at construction blogs of the companies you mentioned and read through what these homeowners have experienced, and maybe contact them and ask about their experiences.

The question can be answered by your bank... How long do you like / can you pay... How much do you need...

Do you have a soil report? Without it, it is reckless to calculate with any values.

And to say that the soil is the same everywhere is naive.

A coworker didn't have a soil report done, had to pay €60,000 during the earthworks. Yeah ^^

Quite simple. If the soil is clayey or loamy (which it mostly is), it is not suitable for backfilling because it cannot be compacted. Disposal costs for the excavation are usually not included in the price unless explicitly stated in the construction service description. Also, if additional measures are needed under the basement slab due to low load-bearing capacity. Fill material also costs a good amount of money if your own is not suitable. A construction road, crane area, construction fence, etc. is often not included either. Drainage of light wells is also not included. If your excavation pit fills up with rainwater, a pump sump may be necessary.

Better to plan for the worst case and make special repayments if you don’t need it.

If the plot is fully developed, I would calculate 5000€ for the house connections, naturally more for gas.
