No. If the controlled residential ventilation had cost another 10 on such a box and then you saved twenty euros on electricity per month, it would have to run for a long time. More likely the technology will break down before it pays off. Karsten

ok, so I would have to install a ventilation system additionally? What is this necessary for? What does the system bring me? less energy consumption?

Something is not right there. €210 electricity per month, can that really be attributed to the heating? How big is the house? For €210, you can easily heat a house using a fan heater. That has nothing to do with a heat pump anymore.

Air-water heat pump at max power? Hot water at 60 degrees and nicely ventilate 3-4 times daily, then the heating rod turns on and boom, you have your 210 euros.

A controlled residential ventilation system often does not pay off financially, but is "luxury". You simply no longer have to ventilate manually, which is necessary in new buildings due to the tight building envelope. So for 2013, I assume an extremely poorly adjusted heat pump. You would then have to really get into it.
