So, after I just briefly spoke with the seller again, his advance payment for electricity is actually 210€ monthly. So your calculation really adds up. The house has 198 square meters, no insulation.
Regarding COP: A7/W35 heating capacity just under 10kW, COP 4.4.
Are the details sufficient?
It all seems a bit too much to me as well. Can the pump be better adjusted (if yes, how or what should I pay attention to) or is the lack of insulation the limiting factor in the calculation? Thanks for your feedback
Man! The three-year-old (in our case like new, almost like new) house is from 2013/14, not from nineteen hundred something. Insulation was already installed then, there was the Energy Saving Ordinance 100 as well as KfW 70 and others. Regardless of whether 36cm Poroton or aerated concrete: the house is insulated according to the regulations.
According to which Energy Saving Ordinance was it built?
They should explain these poor values. Otherwise nobody will buy it anyway.
But my opinion (I hardly know anything about technology): Even if you calculate the consumption to look nice, somehow you will meet in the middle – 210€ to common ±70€... we are at 140€.
I’m actually glad that in 2013 we decided on a solid gas heating system with solar thermal -> lower initial costs, lower heating costs.
