What do you think about this? Foregoing the garage, bicycle shed on the north side next to the garbage bin area. The house moved towards the west so that there is space for a parking spot in front of the house. This way, with the terrace on the south side (west) of the house, you would have a view past the neighbors' houses / over the bungalow. The utility room would then be adjacent to the garbage bin area. Maybe we should talk to an architect.. somehow there really is a lot to consider with such a small plot. Thanks anyway for your suggestions, they are very helpful.

But that realization took a long time. In case of doubt, he can also render the house along with the neighbors, so you get a feel for it.

I understand as little from the drawing as from . What have you been wasting the time with instead? An architect has nothing to do with your own lack of progress and is advisable for any plot size. Mind you, one without quotation marks.

We are currently in talks with the city about to what extent we can fully or partially buy the trash bin parking space from the other parties.. that would change quite a bit regarding the apartment parking.
The others agree and no one understands why 30 sqm are necessary for the parking of 3 trash bins once a week, which stay there overnight. Especially the western area could not be accessed at all.

Just a question about the trash bins.

I actually consider it normal that three or four bins are needed per household. Household waste, organic, yellow bin, paper.
Such a space fills up quickly. Is it different for you?

No, but double emptying of different bins usually only happens after a strike. Accordingly, more than three bins will only be there in exceptional cases. Even large paper bins have a base area of less than 1 sqm.
We now exclusively have single-man vehicles that pick up the bins, so it is completely incomprehensible to us why the trash bin area bends about 10 meters into the dead end.

Are all your bins emptied on the same day?
