I consider the mentioned regulation merely as the legal basis for recommending such an area, but not as a mandatory requirement. In this context, the justification is mentioned that the garbage trucks will not enter the quasi-dead-end "Planstraße B".

There is also the textual specification of the development plan as well as the waste disposal ordinance of the city of Ahlen that applies here. But honestly? I have answered this question (see title), even with a drawing, and have already moved on mentally. I am not one for treading water and doing the same thing over and over again.
