With a bedroom width of 300cm, 50cm remain on each side of the bed…. For the ground floor, I rather suggest this entrance zoning and propose turning the unusable hallway into an open-plan living area.

The program does not count steps, nor can they be calculated. Based on the dimensions (length) it should fit, since it is scaled in length, unfortunately the width of the stairs also increases.
