Of course, even a cow village is worth placing an avant-garde house there. And I am well aware that from a certain level of above-average prosperity, one is better off in the “right” countryside than in the medium-sized town. But a village street is not Broadway, and the rural population is traditionally rather conservative. One should not want to awaken them too violently. The last thing Hintertupfing has been waiting for are loudmouths with the world-man behavior of “now we’ll show you country bumpkins how modern architecture works.” Therefore, my warning not to overestimate the community’s usually only moderate willingness for leaps into modernity. So better only punk under medical supervision and preferably no pogo at all.
But in case of doubt, an authentic modern interpretation of the regional building style certainly fits better than a Tuscan Bauhaus substitute villa with a captain’s gable. A good example in this regard would be, in my opinion, by ; unfortunately, the houses by or are hardly usable here (simply because they cannot be scaled down without loss - the problem of visually occupying the entire plot has already been mentioned).
Something nicer than a parking garage is always possible – the Bremen Town Musicians already knew that ;-)

With the budget, you can do something beyond Stadtvilla page 17 or parking garage.
