Plot on a slope: first floor plan idea & request for feedback

A flat roof would be nice, but for example also "modern Barn"

I always struggle a bit with myself on this:
a) bring a concrete idea as precise as possible
or
b) "Hello architect, here is the plot, a house for two, please make something, then we talk :)"

No, a AND b, exactly in that order. First, you have to come to terms with yourself, because you will only be able to connect flat roof and modern Barn with "or" – otherwise it will be a "house for two" in the sense of "two architects," meaning you have to go to the architectural office Jekyll & Hyde :-)

It was more about not bringing DIY plans when the specifications are being created. When I look at the surroundings, flat roof does not come to my mind first. Rather split-level or also Modern Barn. For such a decision I would ask the architect for advice or ideas. I would like to see the development right at the street softened. I shudder at the excavation for the basement and the nice paved street.

I built for 6 people and today I would like to build smaller. For 2 people in the future.

Size isn't everything. The requirements for the rooms to be accommodated apply. Maybe 170 sqm is enough? There have already been many floor plans with 200+ sqm posted that trigger claustrophobia, and other floor plans with 170 sqm are spacious, airy, light.
