Clearly a freelance architect. Who then builds the thing is independent of that. But with the details and then also KNX... The general contractor and prefabricated house providers are basically out of the question.

Uh, that looks almost steeper than indicated. There are GU's who can do slopes and individual projects, but rarely. An architect will probably be the better choice at first. Timber frame structures sometimes have difficulties with slopes. Really think about what you need and want. Your walk-in closet can only fit about 4 m of wardrobe. Little for the area. The ground floor can also be used better. At the moment it is still a lackluster appendage. And open the house to the outside. A terrace behind the house with a view of the vineyard will certainly always be cooler in the summer than the terrace on the south side. Plan various "rooms" outside. Exactly how they will be can be determined later by the landscaper with you. Surf through the internet. 2 people with that budget can achieve quite a bit. Is it certain that you will stay just the two of you?

It was on the tip of my tongue, but then I saw 2 offices. So somehow it also works with 3-4 people.

therefore looks a bit steeper because the terrain level on the property rises somewhat more sharply than the street itself ("at the bottom about 10cm to "at the top" about 60 cm. However, the street has 7° (I measured it with a Disto). Yes: it is certain for us that we will stay as a couple. In an "emergency" (i.e. child or then occasional visitors), the solution would be to remodel one of the offices.

if you find an architect, then at least do the complete planning with him..

We had it planned with a similar plot by the general contractor, now unfortunately the cluelessness with small sloping plots becomes apparent

Hang is great for people with a solid budget and an architect who can think "out of the Box". Find a good one and let him think "freely" first before you bring in your ideas.
