Hello,

everything else has been discussed extensively. Here regarding financing:

200k loan with 2k income = never
100k loan with 2k income = ever

A big concern is the point of donation. Clarify that for yourself so that demands for repayment do not actually come within 10 years. If you then have to repay large parts of 350k, it looks bad.

I don't even know why everyone is making such a big deal out of the donation. The 10 years will be over in 3 1/2 years. And regarding retaining equity: I said I want to contribute this amount, which logically is not everything. You also have to keep something in reserve

But good tip to simply ask what kind of rate you get and then go to the house builder/planner and say that's what you have

Just touch your nose and say your last sentence to the mirror. You stand out with your few answers in this forum: namely, there are few answers from you on the actual topics, at most the simple-minded, useless, and presumptuous answers come from _you_ regarding other answers you get upset about because you cannot comprehend the content of the posts*. There is hardly any added value visible, and this applies to the majority of your posts.

But please let that remain your personal problem, as long as a user does not go too far out on a limb with misinformation.

Hi,

At a point like this, I have to point out Kathinka's laws, old Usenet wisdom for the possible meta discussions

freely according to Kathinka's Law:
Variant 1:
Asking a question in a forum does not mean getting the answer you want to hear.
Variant 2:
The more you want to get a certain answer, the less likely you are to get it.

CvN's extension:
Asking a question in a forum does not mean understanding the answers you will hear.

Somehow I couldn’t remember the name of the law. Thank you.
