You have a great starting position. Be very, very careful with this wonderful asset. 350k EUR is an incredible amount of money (we also have that much equity), especially if not earned yourself. I don't see any problems, he is young, very young. If his job is secure, then there is plenty of time for the banks and new guidelines. It could get critical if family planning is asked about. That should be carefully considered.

The loan is definitely possible..but probably not 200k or 300k...I suppose
