I gave your post a recommendation, even though I still advise against building a house (for now).

Otherwise, it is like this in Neuland that 1.) you never get the answer you want to hear and 2.) the answer often does not fit the question. In the present case, however, the OP explicitly asked in his youthful naivety:
And in that sense, I answered. .

I write:

You write:

Just because you (still) haven’t dealt with these scenarios doesn’t mean that a) they don’t exist and b) they are not worth considering. You can certainly ignore the information as a participant – it is for the OP, who is exactly in this situation, having a lot of money in the account thanks to dad, but it can be taken away faster than you think. Then insolvency is not far if a forced sale at a loss is imminent. It would have been nice if had written something about it; a "Thanks for the info" isn’t expected anyway. Rather, people want to hear: "Yes, sure that works. Period." "That’s great: 350 bucks – I envy you." The users try to take in information neutrally: you can read the answers to the initial question here

Is someone complaining here who is giving you an answer? The only ones complaining are those who contribute nothing or who don’t like the answers. A forum is just brainstorming: everyone contributes some thoughts on the said question… and quite a few ask a small limited question (so hardly any brainpower stirred up), but receive a bunch of other information regarding their answer that they did not consider in their narrow-mindedness. What hurts are only the pieces of information that are withheld. And honestly: budgeting 2000€ monthly, scheduling a bank meeting for a good investment – you don’t need to ask in a forum whether you can afford a 100,000 loan. And if that should be a problem, then some life experience is probably missing, and then we are again at all the answers that are not considered in youthful naivety.

Thanks for the tip, but currently and in the future I don't need to assume that will happen.

It may be true that with my age I might not have as much life experience as some others with 30 or 40. But I think that has nothing to do with youthful naivety. In my opinion, they are rather different things.
