Hi kbt09, In the conservatory we want to dine daily. The front is to be designed as a folding system so that in summer, for example, everything can be opened for breakfast.

Guests can sleep as before in the living room on the bed and couch or also in the attic.

Does that help? Then bring on the ideas[emoji6]

Hmm ... a separate conservatory for dining and then the large dining area immediately to the left side of the kitchen? Does that make sense?

It makes sense to us. Many people have a dining area in the kitchen and another dining room for guests/visitors.

An attempt with a straight staircase ;)

Family entrance through the garage with a large wardrobe cabinet and shoe cabinets.

Under the stairs a small room where at the top a pantry shelf can be, under the staircase slope beverage crates or similar, and on the far left vacuum cleaner and mop have their place.

Technical room, with some storage space remaining.

At the entrance a small open wardrobe for guests and access to the guest WC.

The living room has its own entrance and privacy.

Dining / cooking remains connected and, if desired, there is an additional dining area in the conservatory.

I imagine glass doors for living and dining/cooking.

The staircase is first divided by a wall as drawn and on the upper floor only has a low railing, so that the hallway area around the staircase does not feel cramped. However, natural light on the upper floor only comes through the staircase from the entrance glass front.

Additional children's bathroom combined with washing machine/dryer and some laundry treatment space.

Thank you for your ideas, basically I find it consistent, but how do I get to the attic? Through the children's bathroom/laundry room? And the chimney will not work like that, because I am not allowed to lead it up at the eaves on the border. Kitchen and dining room should also be able to be closed off with a sliding door or something similar to keep loud Thermomix noises away. (Partly serious  annoying thing Düdelüdü Düdelüdü) Kitchen and conservatory do not need to be separated by a sliding door element or something like that. Although it is marked in the first floor plan, it would always be open anyway. The left wall projection should also be removed or only hinted at. Maybe one could install a room-wide sliding door on the right side of the stairs that can be slid between the dining room and kitchen. I've seen something like that once on a ski vacation. Then the window would have to be moved slightly.

I almost suspected the thing with the fireplace after I adjusted it. Should the attic be fully accessible with stairs or only with an attic ladder? And what is supposed to happen in the attic besides storage? Should the conservatory be 3x5 m? Why actually have the second area with a large dining table then? Unfortunately, that doesn't make sense to me at all. The living area would have to be closed off because of noise.
