I don't find it a successful floor plan. There are better options in this size range. If this was really drawn by an architect, then it is not a showcase for this profession. What I noticed besides what has been said is that the door to the utility room is a narrow door. So completely unusable for the passage where you regularly want to go in and out with laundry baskets.

I think with Tuesday grandma day was meant that she babysits on this day so the adults can attend their appointments ;)

I know :)

But according to the OP there are sleepover visitors (I think about 10 times a year) - Grandma is just a placeholder for me to symbolize why the floor plan is not suitable.

And what options are there? Do you have any suggestions? The door can be changed quickly. Constructive criticism (apart from the door being too narrow I recognize little). Maybe one shouldn't be so hard on the architect! ;)

The living room would definitely be too dark and bunker-like for me, since there is no window. Only at the front in the dining area, which is about 8 meters away.

I do have a small idea, but two more important questions ;)

- What is supposed to happen in the conservatory?
- Is guest accommodation as planned? Sofa bed in the living room?
