Photovoltaic system: Advantages and disadvantages, experiences, worthwhile?

One has to say, the hotter it is, the more inefficient the system becomes. I have read from many that the best month in 2018 was May. All other months, especially the weeks with 30 degrees, were worse on average.

yes, this is for now the basis of my assumption...whether the next years will be that good remains to be seen. Even if they are a little worse, I estimate that I will easily stay under 10 years...but maybe it will be better, who knows... My well-founded "records" only start from 2017....
