Outdoor stairs/Staircase entrance bungalow

What does the building application say about the external staircase? Is there a development plan?

How should the staircase run? Are there sketches or drawings with the measurements included?

I would make a steel construction there. But it will always look somewhat like a makeshift solution, as it obstructs the "beautiful" entrance door at the bottom.

I could also imagine a wrap-around veranda/balcony construction at the front of the house, with the stairs then placed in a position where they do not block the entrance below as much. If a country house style is desired, in my opinion, you hardly get around (white-painted?) wood. Metal, especially in combination with this house, quickly looks industrial.

Where is the granny flat - on the left or the top right? It would be important for the placement of a staircase with a veranda, so that it does not pass by your windows. It is really difficult. Even for a spiral staircase, which requires less space and is directly at the front doors, the space is probably not sufficient.
